My journey started back in 2007 after experiencing the party life from the age of 13,falling out with family mixing with the wrong crowd with no vision or career set ,failed relationships, paranoia and Was trying to be someone I was not.

At 23 I decided it's time to change and concentrate on been a better person,I was very athletic in school but never thought of choosing my strengths as an option. I decided to start lifting weights and my body reacted very quickly I was blessed with good genetics,I stopped the drinking,smoking ect and focused on building a physique.

I am now 32 and have 3 boys and one girl who have really helped me change my lifestyle and look at situations differently. I have competed twice with pure elite I won my first show in Manchester and came 4 in the world championships in margate, I also do modeling on the side working with some top photographers and my main job is a mobile crane driver.

My aim now is to inspire and motivate people who have and who are struggling in making ends meet ,I struggled for 10 years from when I started carnt say how many set backs but there was alot and many times I felt like giving up but I had a vision and pulled through until I achieved it if your willing to put the work in and have the right mind set anything is possible
