About me: I'm a personal trainer and dad who was encouraged to do my first show in 2017 as a promise to a friend who was terminally ill, after doing that show and winning I was hooked by the whole experience and wanted to try my hand at it again which lead me to competing at a worlds show.
My main goal now is to help others on their fitness journey as well as continuing to do shows with the aims at becoming professional.
