Hi! I’m Lucy-Jane.
Following an unhealthy relationship with food during my teens, I discovered bodybuilding in 2017. Since then, I have completed 4 preps resulting in 3x1st place in regional shows and achieving 4th on an international stage. My partner and I, compete together! (As if prepping for yourself isn’t difficult enough 😂) it’s great as you empathise the others struggles, yet slightly taxing as we do not always see eye to eye when we just want to dive into a pizza.. but can’t!
The ethos behind “body idols” I couldn’t agree with more and am so honoured to be apart of such a strong message!
For anyone who knows myself and Adam, my partner, will agree that following us through a prep would be an absolute rollercoaster ride which we welcome you all to watch! VOTE FOR US!
