I am a Muscle Model / Classic Physique competitor from North Wales, a tiny rural place where bodybuilding wasn’t really a big thing. Only a few who I looked up to were ever involved but i found it through my teens while being “slightly” off the rails. Lifting weights quickly became my escape...my freedom, my sanctuary. It’s hard for some to understand that, but they haven’t walked in my shoes.

At the age of 15 i was diagnosed with stage 4 hodgkins lymphoma, pretty serious. Was in treatment for around 2 years of my life. So, I’m a fighter, through and through...the people who know me, well, they get it.

Hitting the gym became a way of life for me, winning back my health, to be in control of my own destiny, if all else fails then at least I tried my bloody best!

I have won numerous titles, competed in several UK and international championships. Won my pro card last year and I wouldn’t change a thing, lost some friends along the way, but made some amazing ones too, I’ll happily travel a fair distance from the little place that i live to train and catch up with my bodybuilding family.

I love what i do, no questions, it’s my Job, as i’ve ran my own PT business for the last 5 years, working crazy long hours, enjoying helping my clients and still managing to find a work life balance with my gorgeous fiancé and beautiful twins who 8 years-old!!!
